Four bedrooms of our house are now dedicated to our bed and breakfast. Three contain queen beds, one a pair of twin beds. The upstairs bathroom is for guests only. We've just added a wheelchair ramp. It's a great opportunity for people who enjoy the country and farm life to experience it firsthand. One never knows what each new day will hold - possibly the birth of a baby goat, or an emu just hatched. |
Enjoy fresh vegetables from our greenhouse or garden as they come into season. Be sure to try some of Ian's homemade bread and other baking. Also fresh local fruits, honey and maple syrup. Feed the animals and birds (bring old clothing and footwear for the farm). Hiking. Wagon rides. Cross-country skiing, snowshoeing. Large library in the basement of the house. Sit by the woodstove in the winter. |
